AICE Media Studies

Pitch A: A girl who is going through her 5 stages of heartbreak My group and I picked this idea because many people go through heartbreak, but haven't considered showing it within a movie or film. It is a unique idea that can show the reality of what most teens/adults feel or witness through their life. This can be executed well because location can anyone of our houses and can use personal experiences to act it out. The stages that we will cover is denial, anger, sorrow, bargaining, and acceptance. This is also very different from anything my group and I have done before which can be interesting. Pitch B: 4 people are anonymously invited to a "party," but arrive to an escape room house that is a stranger's project. My group and I picked this idea due to the inspiration from several movies my group and I have watched. This would allow us to incorporate some of our favorite details from the different movies into one. This is a very different idea than previous projects

This year, I am taking a completely different route for who I wanted to work with. I am not working with anyone from my previous groups, but am working with three new people who are Brianna, Alejandro, and Macaria. We decided to work together because Brianna and I decided we wanted to work to together and Macaria and Alejandro were very smart and productive teammates. Brianna and I believed they would be a good addition to our group and allowed them in. I have known Brianna since the beginning of sophomore year and have grown closer with her through the year through easy and tough times. I met Alejandro halfway into sophomore year when we released he wasn't just in Media with Brianna and I, but he was also in AICE Spanish with us. Lastly, I have always had a mutual relationship with Macaria since sophomore year, but plan to truly get to know her this year. My group and I plan to be efficient and to work together better than past groups to become a better group as a whole. I strive

Hi and welcome back to my blog! My name is Nicole Miller. I am now in A-Level media and will be working to dig deeper into the media world. I am now 16 years old and a junior at Fort Lauderdale High School in Florida.  I am currently in the Pre-Law and Cambridge programs at my school. I am completing my last credit this year to recieve my Cambridge diploma. I have slightly changed my plans for my future job and plan to be either a family attorney or a psychologist for children. This decision still based on my experience within my own parents' divorce.  I would also like to develope a business or to have a side job involving media, where I can combine my work experience with my talents, as well as presenting my contribution to the community.  I am currently participating in various clubs at school.  I am secretary of Environmental Club, representative of Best Buddies, and just recently auditioned and started my second year of being on the school dance team.  I am a competitive dance
